30-DAY RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked. Once you have notified us of your decision, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories.
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
    • The return is due to a defective or damaged product.
    • The wrong item was sent.

For these exceptions, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please report such issues within 14 days of receiving the product.


REFUNDS

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution.

EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when initiating the return process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:
